Mentored founding partners of Bigger Pictures Consulting, LLC. on the process of coaching to drive more meaningful collaborations with clients, collaborated on evidence-based practice for DEIB workshops, and developed client feedback surveys.

Developed surveys for stakeholders of the Greater Philadelphia Specialist of Schools Network to assess how users utilize the website, analyzed data, and made recommendations to enhance website design.

Directed sustainable lifestyle change (i.e. healthy eating, regular exercise, weight loss, disease management, stress management) through evidence-based individualized behavior change techniques.

Provided one-on-one academic coaching to struggling high school and post-graduate students with various learning needs, empowering them to become independent learners by teaching the discovery and mastery of effective learning tools and strategies.

Provided one-on-one academic coaching as well as group coaching to undergraduate students on academic probation, cultivating general skills for academic success (e.g., time management, organization, communication, study strategies, etc.).
